Security Screening

Spoons says we should be keeping our guard upThis guy, on the other hand, seems to think that in this particular case, we're all over-reacting on the one hand, and not acting enough on the other.  Sorry, Clinton, but I think you've got it backwards.  We should still be scared and suspicious.  They are passengers on American airplanes, not the other way around.  If we arrest people because they make a joke about a bomb, why shouldn't we hold those acting abnormally to the same high standard of suspicion?  As an infrequent air traveler, I want security screeners to be able to do their jobs, instead of having their hands tied by not being able to take a hard look at those guys.  When did it become acceptable to only protect ourselves when danger is imminent, rather than prevent the danger altogether?  When did we get so politically correct that we load the weapon and politely offer it to the enemy who wants to train it on us the most?

God Bless Will Collier, who's even more adamant than I am.
