I will admit that the kid left a one-paragraph, hand-written "essay" in my mailbox before she left.

It was supposed to be a four-page, typewritten paper with a title page and a lot of other picky little things, but that's what I got. No oral presentation, either; Mommy says she's shy.

On the bright side, her grade is going to be really easy to compute.
