Yes, indeedy. This is what happens when you simply throw money at a problem. Yep. They'll be back in 24 hours with their hands out and a "you owe me" attitude. (And it doesn't matter what income level we're talking about, nor color, creed or religion. Temptation and conditioning over time have worked in tandem to produce this highly predictable result at just about every level.)
