Update II: Win, lose or draw, my guy has pulled some seriously great percentages for a complete unknown and political outsider in this state. At only 8:33 p.m., I'm not giving up yet, but, no matter what happens, he's served notice on the big boys that the Tea Party voters want transparency when it comes to the state's finances.
